Program Fee
The total fee for CPR and Continuing Education courses are due in full at time of enrollment. Please enter the full course amount in the field below. Allied Health courses including EKG Technician, CNA, and Phlebotomy will require a deposit of a minimum of $250.00 down at time of enrollment. $2,500 will be required at the time of enrollment for the Medical Assistant program. The remaining balance for these Allied Health courses are due in full by the Thursday before the class begins. The initial deposit is nonrefundable and must accompany the application when applying for a seat in our program. Deposit MUST be in the form of a credit card, cash, or money order. PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. NO EXCEPTIONS. Seats are filled in the order that deposits are received. It is important you return your application/deposit as soon as possible to hold your seat in National EMS Institute's courses.

Refund Policy

Full payment is required when applying for National EMS Institute's CPR and Continuing Education courses. Deposits for Allied Health courses must accompany the application was applying for those programs. Withdrawals from the program prior to course start date must be made in writing and sent by certified mail. For more detailed information on our refund policy please refer to the refund and transfer tab on our website.

1. A student will receive:
     a. 100% refund up to 14 days prior to first class date.
     b. 50% refund up to 7 days prior to first class date.
     c. There is no refund 6 days before first class date.
Refunds will be returned within 30 days from first class date.

For the NREMT Written Prep course:

     If a student fails to pass the National EMT-B written exam after the third attempt, your money will be returned as long as you take the written exam within 30 days of this program (all three attempts within 90 days of this program). If the student fails the National EMT-B written exam three times within the agreed upon time period, after taking this course, their results must be presented to management to receive a full refund of $50.

Attendance Policy
"Students are required to have 100% attendance during all of National EMS Institute's courses. Attendance is especially required on the first day of the course. If a student is not present on the first day, they will be denied access to the program. In the event of a dire emergency, the student must receive written permission from the management team to be absent on that day."
Financial Agreement
I understand and agree that I am entering an training program sponsored by National EMS Institute Inc. I agree to pay tuition of the scheduled course, and realize that submission of this application and non-refundable fees commits me financially to a position in the program. This is evidenced by my signature on this date. I accept total full responsibility for payment for the program regardless of my status in the program.

* There will be no refunds for continuing education courses in the financial agreement.

To attend a CPR Instructor Course you must:

National EMS Institute is State accredited through the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Office of Emergency Medical Technicians and the State of Rhode Island Department of Public Health. NEI hosts nationally accredited training courses through the NREMT and operates under a Letter of Review from CoAEMSPs. National EMS Institute, Inc. reserves the right to change course times and locations to serve our students better.
